A monthly publication of
Plum Creek Christian Church

VOLUME 44 . ISSUE 6 . JUNE 2019
The phrase “Ten Commandments” brings up different images for people. Some see it as a checklist, others have fond memories of watching "The Ten Commandments" with Charlton Heston playing the role of Moses, still others have ideas of political argument of whether these commandments should be posted in a courthouse. For those of us who follow Jesus, do these commands have any purpose or validity in our lives today? For those who are curious about Jesus, but not yet sure… why should they even care about this list if salvation comes through Christ alone? Join us Sunday for this new teaching series, Ten, where we will explore each of the ten commandments and see how they still have value today. Join us for worship every Sunday at 9 am or 10:45 am. Full programming is available for kids from birth - 5th grade.
Join us on Father’s Day as we celebrate Dads. Have dad come and relax in our “lazy boy chair” photo booth and enjoy making his own grill spices and rubs.
We hope to see you here on June 16th!

Hey Elementary Families: We know summer can get crazy with camps, vacations and general summer fun. But we want to encourage you in your kids to stay active in church and in God's Word. This summer, as a part of our Sunday mornings, we are encouraging kids to memorize scripture, complete weekly devotions, attend on Sundays, bring a Bible and bring a friend. This summer we will be having an incentive program for kids to stay active in church and in the Word.
