We simply do not talk about menopause and the menopause transition enough! It’s time to change that. This 3-part series has been created for women who are curious about or struggling with some of the hormone and nervous system changes associated with the menopause transition. Too many women are unsure of what to expect, how to navigate the changes they are experiencing, what a “typical” change is, when to seek further support and how to take care of themselves differently in order to take back control of this time of life.
Led by Jody Snider, a licensed Naturopathic doctor with valuable experience and expertise in treating and supporting individuals from all stages of life, this 3-part, small group series will provide an environment of support and connection with women sharing similar experiences. Come ready with questions, an open heart to listen to others and willingness to share!

- Is it always Menopause? What else should we be looking at?
- What you should know about cardiovascular disease and bone health
Session 2 – April 4 at 6 pm
- Is it hot in here? - Hot Flashes/Flushes and Night sweats
- Let’s talk about sex, baby! – Low libido, vaginal dryness and pain during intercourse
- Bladder health – recurrent UTI’s, overactive bladder and incontinence
- Hormone Replacement Therapy – a safe and effective option

Session #3 – April 11 at 6 pm
