Combined Properties is pleased to announce local fitness concept DMV Iron Gym has signed a lease at Greenway Shopping Center in Greenbelt, MD. This will be the fourth location for the 24/7 gym, joining existing locations in Falls Church, Alexandria, and Rockville.
The lease was negotiated by Omar Golesorkchi and Rob Meeks with Segal Group on behalf of the tenant. John Meyer and Cooper Henry of KLNB represented Combined Properties. DMV Iron Gym will occupy nearly 27,000 SF of the former LA Fitness space.
