Welcome new Golden Angels

Your contributions are invaluable

Matt and Lisa Allen graciously hosted a special reception at their home in January to welcome new Golden Angels and thank them for their support. Jackson Health Foundation Board members and Jackson Health System leaders were also on hand to share their vision for the future of the health system. It was great to see these new Golden Angels there! Photo gallery

James Deering Charitable Trust commits $150,000 to Jefferson Reaves, Sr. Health Center

Trustees for the James Deering Charitable Trust have recommitted to making health care more accessible to those who need it the most with a gift of $150,000 for Jefferson Reaves, Sr. Health Center. Long-standing supporters of the center, the Trust has improved accessibility to medication for those unable to meet their cost. Thanks to their generosity, individuals with chronic and complex

conditions find it easier to comply with prescribed medical treatment and avoid recurring medical emergencies. More recently, the Trust has expanded its reach to cover minor procedures performed at Jefferson Reaves, once again being an active part of a healthier Miami-Dade County. Thank you!

We're better together!

Thank you, Jackson employees

In December, we celebrated Jackson Health System employees with a special appreciation luncheon. In addition to the work they put in day after day to care for our community, these employees went above and beyond by making a gift to support the Foundation. As we get ready to launch our employee giving campaign in April, we know that we are "better together" through philanthropy! Photo gallery
