Jacob's Law (ACOM 449) applies to CMDP-enrolled children and those who are adopted
Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care continues to work in collaboration with the Department of Child Safety (DCS), Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program (CMDP) and adoptive families to ensure children enrolled with Mercy Maricopa are provided with appropriate supports to meet their needs and promote successful outcomes.
This provider notice is to serve as a reminder that Jacob's Law is inclusive of AHCCCS-eligible children who have been adopted.
