Thanks for sharing the love!

Thanks to all who shared their love for SA on social media over the past week! A sampling of testimonials is below:

"We choose Salisbury Academy because of their love for learning and their passion for community service!"

-Muth Family

"We chose SA for many reasons. We wanted our daughter's high school experience to be academically rigorous to prepare her for college. We wanted her to feel included and engaged in her learning. We wanted her to become the person she was meant to be. In SA, we found a school community where she is seen and heard. She is challenged academically and socially and has been supported as she takes on leadership roles in and out of school. We love SA because they love our daughter and help her to be a good human for her community and world. Thank you, SA Upper School."

-Thomas Family

"I love how at Salisbury Academy they give you opportunities to try different things like sports, the spring play, Battle of the Books, or Junior Civitans. I especially love SA athletics. You get to be a part of a team and work with great coaches, and I feel like I'm always growing as an athlete. Also at SA, I love that everybody is so nice and you can make friends so easily."

-Jillian Jarrell, 7th grade student

"Salisbury Academy is a wonderful community. It's a place where all children are known—a place where children are exposed to challenging academics, but most importantly, it's a place where they can grow into good people. Growing emotional and social skills, building character and confidence, and teaching the children what it means to 'give back'—this is what I really love about our school."

-SA Teacher Sandy Jordan

"I choose SA because the children who go there tend to grow into well-adjusted, productive, and kind young adults. It's a place where children can relish being children, with emphasis on character, arts, play, field trips, and time outdoors with age-appropriate academic progression. My children love going to school each morning... They are known, loved, and educated as unique individuals. The SA community is incredible, and I'm grateful that my family is a part of it."

-Kaklamanos Family

"Smaller class sizes, staff rooted in their positions and their committment to students, community outreach and connections, and curriculum centered around age-appropriate learning - including social-emotional skills... We consider ourselves lucky to be a part of the SA family and look forward to watching our kiddos continue to learn and grow here."

-Patterson Family
