Basketball Enrichment with Coach Foxx – Grades K–4


Get ready to dribble, pass, and shoot with Coach Foxx! This basketball enrichment class for students in grades K–4 will focus on skill-building, teamwork, and fun. Sessions will run from 1:30–2:30 p.m., beginning Friday, November 21 and ending Friday, January 16. The cost is $75.


Class Dates: Nov. 21, Dec. 5, Dec. 12, Jan. 9, Jan. 16


No class on: Nov. 28 (Thanksgiving Break), Dec. 19 (Christmas Chapel), Dec. 26 & Jan. 2 (Winter Break)

Winter Play and Spring Musical Auditions

Winter Play Auditions for grades 3 through 12 –

Once Upon a Crime: The Trial of Goldilocks


Auditions for Salisbury Academy’s winter play have been rescheduled to Thursday, Nov. 13.

  • Upper School auditions: 3:00–3:15 p.m. at the Upper School
  • Main campus auditions: 3:30–4:15 p.m. in the art room

Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Students unable to attend should email cshay@salisburyacademy.org to schedule an alternate time. Be sure to bring a completed audition sheet (rehearsal schedule is included in the linked form).


Rehearsals begin in January | Performances: Friday, Feb. 6 (times TBA)

Spring Musical Community Auditions for grades 2 through 12 –

The Wizard of Oz


Salisbury Academy students and community members are invited to audition for The Wizard of Oz on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at Hedrick Little Theater, Catawba College (2220 W. Innes Street).

  • 6 p.m.: Dance call – wear dance-appropriate clothing and shoes
  • 7 p.m.: Vocal auditions begin – prepare a 16-bar cut in the style of The Wizard of Oz or Golden Age musical theatre. Bring sheet music for the accompanist.
  • Audition forms must be filled out and brought with you.
  • Some auditionees may be asked to read sides from the script.


Casting calls will go out later that evening and throughout the week.


Interested in doing tech for the performance? Upper School students can schedule a tech interview for Nov. 18 via Google Classroom.

The PSA is organizing a float and group of parade participants for the upcoming 'Tis the Season Spectacular Parade on Wednesday, November 26!
