Save the Date for JK-8 SA Grandpersons Day on Friday, October 17

We are excited to welcome the grand people in our JK-8 students’ lives for Grandpersons Day on Friday, October 17, 2025! This special morning of celebration will include a chapel program, classroom visits, and time at the Book Fair. We can’t wait to share this meaningful tradition with our families and their guests.

Doors open: 9:30 a.m.

Program begins: 10 a.m.

Classroom visits/Book Fair: 10:45 a.m.

Noon dismissal

SA Travel Interest Meeting on October 9

Families interested in learning about the upcoming SA Travel opportunity to Pennsylvania are invited to a travel interest meeting on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 8:45 a.m. in the SA gym.

On this adventure, families will travel through Pennsylvania’s Amish Country, Hershey, and Gettysburg. Trip dates: July 29–August 2, 2026

The next Coffee with Creamer is coming up on Friday, October 10, 7:45 - 8:30 a.m.! Join School Counselor Kia Creamer for a connection session providing an opportunity to discuss social-emotional trends and address questions that you may have regarding your student's overall wellness.

Lands' End Scholarships for Students in Grades 8-12

Lands' End is excited to announce that their 2025-2026 Lands’ End School Starboard Scholarship program, recognizing the next generation of young leaders to guide our future, is open for entries.

Lands' End shares:

Since 2018, we’ve awarded 39 scholarships – a total of $265,000 – to students who have shown exceptional leadership skills. Students in grades 8 through 12 are eligible to apply for one of five scholarships worth $5,000 each for school or college tuition. Applications will be accepted through January 16, 2026 or until 1,000 applications have been received.
