The start of the school day on Tuesdays in SA's middle school is reserved for community building! This week's seventh grade community time brought a student-designed and student-led paper airplane contest. After creating and testing their prototypes indoors, students headed outside for the official competition.

Dear Parents,
The Salisbury Academy Booster Club is excited to hold our first fundraiser of the year: a Chic-Fil-A lunch on Friday, Oct. 30 for grades 1-8. We'll offer these once monthly for the remainder of the year and are trying something new this year in place of Booster Club Pizza. We hope that everyone enjoys!
The Booster Club is a parent-run organization that supports SA Athletics. Funds raised by the club go to pay for uniforms, officials, and coaches as well as equipment and upkeep of facilities. As we start our athletics programming back up this year, we are actively recruiting volunteers and officers. If you are interested in becoming a Booster Club officer or getting involved in some other capacity, please email me. The Booster Club president for 2020-21 is Forrest Anderson, and we are currently seeking a secretary and vice president.
Although this school year looks different from an athletics standpoint, we are pleased to be off to a great start with golf and tennis. We look forward to providing as many athletic opportunities as can be delivered safely in the year ahead, and we appreciate your support as we adapt. Go Jags!
Sincerely,

SA Annual Fund: Why we give
"We give to Salisbury Academy in honor of those who give their all for our children, and we recognize the gap between tuition and the cost to run an independent school with excellence. The participation rate is one of the factors foundations use to determine whether a grant will be awarded, and we certainly want more of those! Salisbury Academy develops not only good students, but great citizens. After sixteen years and (nearly) three graduates, we can assure you that your investment in SA will be an investment that delivers a VERY significant return!"
