Sharing the Good News of SA |
|
|
It may seem hard to believe, but November kicks of the
admission season for the
2019-2020 school year
.
Our
current families are
consistently
our best resource for reaching new families. Thank you for sharing the good news about the amazing things happening at Salisbury Academy each day.
If you have friends interested in learning more about SA, regardless of their student's grade level, encourage them to attend an upcoming admission event, invite them to an athletic event, lunch and learn, or chapel, or ask them to contact me to schedule a personal school tour. A visit to our campus is always the best way to learn firsthand how SA's innovative approach to experiential learning nurtures curiosity, character, and community in each child.
Our first campus event of the year will be our Fall First Look on Wednesday, November 7 at 9:00 a.m. With record enrollment over the last several years, we hope to provide families who are interested in Salisbury Academy with an early look at the admissions process and our engaging classroom environment.
Thank you for partnering with us here at school and throughout the community. It is an exciting time to be a Jaguar!

Sincerely,
Amy Goodnight, Director of Admissions

Elsie Richter, Head of School for October 31
|
Meet the Head of School for the Day, Elsie Richter!
Elsie is an eighth grade student. She loves the fine arts, composing on and playing the piano, and playing with her cat, Lily, and her dog, Jack. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and Elsie wishes everyone a very Happy Halloween!
Thanks to Elsie being Head of School for the Day on October 31, SA students will enjoy no homework, extra recess, and a non-uniform day. Eighth-graders will enjoy a pumpkin carving and play time with their first grade buddies.
"Head of School for the Day" is a
Jag Pride auction item at Kidsbloom.
