Summer 2024 Refund Process
The Office of Student Accounting will begin the refund process for Summer 2024 on June 10th. Please note, if your student is enrolled in Second Term summer courses, this may impact the date the refund is processed. Federal loans will not disburse until all courses counting toward half-time enrollment have begun.
The refunding of eligible excess aid happens in phases over the course of several business days.
Note: Some scholarships are non-refundable. Students can reach out to the Office of Scholarship Services to verify the refundability of their scholarship.
Tip: Students should set up their Electronic Direct Deposit (EDD) for secure and timely processing of refunds.
- EDD = Generally 3-5 business days to appear in a bank account.
- Physical Check = Generally arrives within 2 weeks through U.S. mail.
