We are excited to offer Jam Hops Competition Cheer Teams that will run from June 2022-March 2023 and are open to athletes age 6+. This 10 month season creates a perfect opportunity for your child to create lifelong memories while doing a sport they love!

Did you miss tryouts? No Worries! We always reserve a few spaces in our program for athletes that are interested in joining after tryouts. No experience needed!

Thanks so much to all the athletes and families that attended the Ultimate Ninja Show! The show was amazing because of all of you!

Some of the fall Ninja Zone classes may have a coaching change. If that is the case for your child's class, you will receive an email letting you know. Can't wait for another great year of Ninja Zone!
Important News for Open Gym/Studio
As of September, we will no longer offer food donations as a payment option for open gym/studio. Local food shelves have greater buying power at local food banks than individuals do at a grocery store, so they can purchase more of what is needed for their programs with monetary donations. Jam Hops will donate $200 each to NACE and ACBC food shelves from open gym/studio proceeds every month going forward, so our support will actually increase. We appreciate all the food that our families have brought in over the years - over 10,000 lbs!! Thank you to our Jamily for being so giving, and we look forward to continuing to support our community.

Also, online registration for Open Gym/Studio is now available! Registration for each day of Open Gym/Studio will open on the Monday of that week. There will be no refunds once your child is registered for the selected event.

We are specifically in need of new Jamily members interested in coaching our boys gymnastics classes at the Blaine/Ham Lake location!
