The Beauty of Partnership
Friend!

We pray this email finds you well!

James is one of our favorite books of the Bible because in James we learn how to live out our faith.
James writes in chapter 5 verse 16: Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another , that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working

What we have seen during this pandemic and the following unrest in our country is that our partners in Cambodia continue to reach out, letting us know they are praying for America. Our ministry is not just a one way street! Our partners pray and love our Nation, too!

They are checking in and lifting us up. This is the beauty of partnership with other believers. No matter how far apart we are, we can pray for one another and share in the joy that comes when we see the spirit working.

Our partners in Cambodia are Khmer pastors and leaders that we have known since our first trip in 2013. Together we have been able to share the love of God with over 13,000 people all over their country that is 95% Buddhist. The fruit is far reaching. It is lasting. It is cross cultural. It is beautiful.
And we know that it is only God that can bring people of faith together, 8,000 miles apart, and do such an amazing thing!

Your prayers and support have made moves of God like this possible. Thank you for being part of Mission 25!

All Are
Created
in the
Image of God .

As we are all aware this is a difficult season in the world today.
There is much to see, understand, and pray for. Everywhere we turn people are hurting. Frustration and divisiveness invade our lives and our minds.
At Mission 25, we desire for all people (Cambodia and beyond), to understand that they have a God that has created them and that loves them with an everlasting love.

Even though those in Cambodia have a drastically different culture, community, and belief system than many of us do, they are still created in the image of God, precious in His sight. This understanding has brought many into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and the trajectory of their lives are changed forever.

This is not only a message for Cambodia. Our lives here in the United States are filled with people who need this message. We all will encounter sacred opportunities to communicate this precious truth.
May the love of God be with you as you go (Acts 1:8).

  • Our partners in Phnom Penh did an outreach into the slum community, giving lessons on proper hygeine and giving out hygiene products including hand sanitizer. They also read through the Jesus Storybook Bibles we gave back in October!

  • Our partners in Pursat organized another outreach to the Brasaeat Tbang Village! Over 45 people attended. This was another follow-up to the original outreach we sponsored during Christmas 2019. The two pastors have been leading discipleship classes on a regular basis!
