Round 1 Notifications have started

Lendistry started sending out notifications to all applicants in the first round (via text or email). Please note that Lendistry received over 300,000 applications, so it will take time and all notifications should be finished by Jan 23 (check your spam box on your email).

You may be selected, declined, or waitlisted. If no grant awarded in Round 1, your application goes to Round 2. If you are selected, you will need to complete the verification process.

Round 2 starts February 2 and ends February 8

  • If you applied to Round 1, you do not need to apply again. If you successfully submitted for Round 1 and did not receive funds, your application will automatically roll over to Round 2.
  • If you did not apply, you can still apply to Round 2.
  • If you still have documents to upload, do it now!
  • If you having technical difficulties or need to make any changes, contact Lendistry at 888-612-4370 or email [email protected].
ECONOMIC INJURY DISASTER LOANS (EIDL) & EIDL Advance

  • You can apply for an EIDL through December 31, 2021.
  • One loan only per business (you cannot apply for a second). However, if you borrowed less than you were eligible for, you may request an increase on your existing loan.
  • EIDL Advances (grants up to $10K) will re-open for a second round to businesses in low-income communities who received an EIDL advance in the first round. The SBA will notify businesses if they are eligible.

Workplace Exposure and Outbreak
Thank you Sonoma County Economic Development Board for this info.

"What should I do if an employee tests positive for COVID-19?"

AB 685 (Chapter 84, Statutes of 2020) is a California law that requires employers to notify employees who may have been exposed to COVID-19 and to report workplace outbreaks of COVID-19 to their local health department.

Notify Employees of Workplace Outbreaks

Upon identifying a COVID-19 case in the workplace, you need to provide the following information:

  1. Notice to your employees and the employer of subcontracted workers that they may have been exposed to COVID-19
  2. Information about benefits & options.
  3. A disinfection & safety plan.

More Than Another Resolution #3:
This one thing I do

You will find this article and others here on our website.

Below is an excerpt, click here to read the entire article:

"Living your “ONE THING” is the best thing you can do. If you could only accomplish one thing in your life, what would it be? Please take a moment to answer before you read this article.

Alex Honnold is said to be one of the world’s greatest athletes. Alex is what people in the climbing world call a “free solo” climber. His “one thing” is simple – he is a rock climber who climbs alone and without safety equipment up the steepest and most unforgiving rock walls that nature can provide. Unless you are a rock climber or a fan of rock climbers, you have probably never heard of him.

On June 3, 2017, Alex conquered his greatest challenge – He climbed EL CAP, the almost 3,000-foot-high, granite rock formation located on the north side of Yosemite Valley, alone and with no gear - FREE SOLO. That day, Alex became the first person to “FREE SOLO” the iconic El Cap. Alex’s “this one thing I do“ attitude pushed him to reach new heights.

Consider the historic figures with whom you are most familiar. Consider Christopher Columbus, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein and Wilbur and Orville Wright. For what are they best known?

Before you spend one more day of this new year messing around with yesterday’s unfinished business or tomorrow’s deadlines, ask yourself, for what would I like to be known?....Read more

Aaron Long, Synergy One Lending

I love everything to do with Real Estate. I have been in real estate since 2004, originally as a realtor and switched over
to a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2013. I switched roles
because I saw too many of my clients buy homes with a
bad loan and didn’t want to let any more of my clients go through that heart ache. I could better advise my
clients as a mortgage loan originator.

Vaccine Roll Out
Thank you Sonoma County Economic Development Board for this info.

Sonoma County is swiftly ramping up vaccination distribution and preparing for mass vaccine clinics. The supply of COVID-19 vaccines in the United States is currently limited and the County of Sonoma is following State and Federal guidelines for distribution.

Sonoma County is currently vaccinating Phase 1A populations and preparing to expand to the much larger Phase 1B population group. Once they reach Phase 1B, the County will begin vaccinating essential workers beyond healthcare staff and residents of long-term care facilities. To see where you fit into the plan visit SoCoEmergency.org or call 211, and contact your health care provider or employer for information about signing up when it’s your turn.

For more information and updates on the Sonoma County's vaccine roll out, visit the County's vaccine distribution website.
