Janet Dulworth Pritchard 1939 - 2016

Janet (Dulworth) Hines Pritchard
, 77, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday evening, August 6, 2016,  in Charlotte, NC, following a lengthy illness.

Janet was born in Wadsworth, OH, to the late Ollie J. and Ruth E. (Brader) Dulworth.    She graduated from Wadsworth High in 1957 and went on to graduate from The Akron School of Nursing  and later earned a bachelor's degree from Walsh University.    She worked as an RN and later an Account Executive for Roche Pharmaceuticals.
She spent her retirement years in the Naples, Florida, community of Bay Forest.   She served on the HOA Board there and had many friends.   While in Florida,  she devoted herself to volunteering at Hospice, Crisis Pregnancy Center, St. Vincent DePaul Society, The Naples Philharmonic, and as a senior driving instructor for AARP.    She also served with Dial-a-Nurse Home Health Care and enjoyed spending time with her valued clients.
She moved from Florida to North Carolina in 2015 to be closer to family, living at The Brightmore of South Charlotte.    She made many friends and was loved by the residents and staff alike.

She loved to travel and recently visited Las Vegas and Charleston, SC, with family.    She had a love for great food and especially enjoyed her morning cup of dark roasted coffee with family and friends.
She is survived by four children:  Jay Hines of Charlotte;  Jon (Susan) Hines of Charlotte;  Matt Hines of Massillon, OH and Melissa (Mike) Bonace of Columbus, OH;   Grandchildren: A.J. Hines, Nicholas Hines, McKenzie Hines and Connor Hines.   Brother: Alan (Laura) Dulworth of Norton, OH.   Nieces: Julie (Troy) Klaber of Taylorsville, KY and Lori (Bruce) Lewis of Canal Fulton OH.   Nephew:  Craig Dulworth of Copley, OH.
An infant son, Kenneth Robert Hines, Jr preceded her in death.
Kind, loving, thoughtful, gracious, strong, and always thinking of others.   She had an unrelenting perseverance to live life to the fullest even through the toughest times.    She was very grateful for the peace, mercy and grace God offers through his son Jesus.

The family would like to thank Dr. Amin and staff at The Levine Cancer Center and The Levine & Dickson Hospice House for their loving care.
A private ceremony of remembrance will be held at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth, Ohio.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:
