Janette Roush, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Digital at New York City Tourism + Conventions, will speak on ChatGPT and how tourism professionals can utilize the technology at the 2024 NYS Tourism Conference. In this session, Janette will answer questions about ChatGPT (Is the technology sentient? Will my kids use it to cheat on term papers?), and speak on how tourism marketers can save time by using this technology today. 


Review use cases that have nothing to do with content creation – from creating rubrics to writing pivot tables, there are dozens of tasks that can be simplified thanks to the organizational powers of generative AI.
