In November, I guest-starred as Dr. Hallorman on the "In From The Cold" episode of NCIS!

...had some cool voice over looping gigs from the latest seasons of Reasonable Doubt & BMF to the blockbuster movie Twisters.

Also voiced projects for Capital One, Ulta Beauty & one more that I can't quite tell you about yet :)

...rejoined forces with my wife as the emcee & DJ tag team for another round at the Los Angeles Policewomen's Association Symposium at the Skirball Center in LA.

...watched the Great North American Eclipse together & even made the news for it! Lol

The first place I went when I was cleared for travel was back to Chapel Hill of course.

This time it was to give the keynote for the most recent recipients of the Morehead-Cain Scholarship.

Also returned to Carolina in the fall to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the first black Morehead-Cain graduate.

So proud to have been part of the planning crew for this powerful 3-day event.

And my biggest (and most obvious) update....I cut my hair off!!

After I received my clean bill of health, I wanted to do something significant to mark this new post-colon cancer chapter. Since I have rocked long hair my whole life, I decided that it was the perfect time for the big chop.

Although I'm still a work-in-progress, cancer has taught me to savor the small things in life. So here's to a 2025 for each of us full of delicious food, beautiful sunsets, time with loved ones, quiet moments, good walks and lots of laughter.
