Executive Compensation Litigation
Before we can talk about executive compensation litigation, we need to first explain what exactly executive compensation is. Executive compensation is significantly different from typical pay packages for salaried or hourly workers because executive pay is based on rewarding C-suite level executives for their performance. This means that if the company doesn’t perform up to expectations, the compensation is decreased.

Final Ruling on OSHA Vaccine Mandate for Employers with Greater than 100 Employees:
Round and round we go, but finally, whether you agree with the Supreme Court’s ruling or not, the Rule of Law of Land currently is that the federal vaccine mandate issued by OSHA cannot stand. The Court did allow the federal vaccine mandate to apply to healthcare workers who work at certified Medicare and Medicaid providers and suppliers.
Florida’s Anti Mandate Law:
Florida law despite the way the Governor has chosen to describe the law, does allow private employers to maintain vaccine mandates. However, the employer must provide the employee with the ability to be exempted from the mandate for the following reasons if cited by the employee: medical, religious, prior COVID infection, agreement to testing, and agreement to using PPE.
