Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week is January 29th -February 4th. Please remember to share how your school will be celebrating Catholic Schools Week with your community! Share pictures and events with Sherri in the CSO as well so she can post on social media!  

Teacher Letter of Intent

This is the time of the year where you should be asking teachers if they plan to return should a contract be offered. A sample Letter of Intent can be found here. You will need this information as you begin to work on a budget for the next school year.

Circle of Grace Compliance Forms

Your compliance forms need to be turned in to Don Stubbings (stubbings@diocesekcsj.org) by March 1st!  

Accreditation

Accreditation Season has officially started!  Please keep the 6 schools going through accreditation this year in your prayers! I know they will all do a wonderful job, but you all know this process is a lot of work and they have been doing a great job working through the process! Our 6 schools being accredited this year are St. Regis Academy, Our Lady of the Presentation, Bishop Hogan, St. John LaLande, Nativity of Mary, and St. Gregory. 

SEEDTIME - A Diocesan Day of Prayer -Saturday, February 4th.

Please join Bishop Johnston for the Seedtime Mass on February 4, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Your school/parish is invited to bring packets of seeds for a blessing before they are planted this spring! If you would like to hold a prayer service to bless the seeds during Catholic Schools Week – you can find it here.  A parish bulletin announcement for your use can be found here. More information for this special day can be found here.
