Real Estate Teams Must Register with DCP
The law governing real estate teams in Connecticut took effect on January 1, 2022. Teams must register with the state Department of Consumer Protection. DCP emailed information to all licensees and posted it online. CTR also worked with DCP to answer frequently asked questions. Watch to learn more.

ZipForms/Lone Wolf No Longer Free After 12/31/21
As a reminder to those using Zipforms (also known as Lone Wolf or Transactions, ZipForm Edition), NAR will no longer include this platform as a member benefit in 2022. Users of this platform received continuous notices and reminders when signing-in, of the option to continue after December 31, 2021, with a paid renewal. You should download past transactions if you choose to discontinue. Here is a link for instructions.
You can get more information on renewing the platform when you sign in.
Also, remember that SmartMLS includes the Instanet (Transaction Desk) product as part of your MLS fees. There are also other forms platforms available that you may already use separately.
