After 23 years in business, I am now able to offer payment through credit cards. As of February 1, 2012 I will be using this fabulous little device called "Square". It is a piece of hardware that plugs into an IPhone or IPad and scans your credit card for payment. It is completely secure. Please read about it on www.square.com.
I will be traveling to Miami at the end of this month to groom. Emma, the Norwich Terrier, who is featured in the photo here, as well as the star of the infamous dog travelogue Emma in Paris, is residing in Miami for the winter. Coincidently, there are other clients of mine from the Bay Area who are there too for the winter so, I will have a busy schedule that week. I look forward to jogging along the beach at day's end and relishing the sultry, warm tropical weather. A wonderful treat after working so hard in 2011.
In the middle of March, I plan to travel to Palm Springs and Palm Desert to groom as well. As an in-home dog groomer, I am able to pack up my gear and go. I will be posting pictures and posts on my blog Diary of a Dog Groomer so please visit regularly.
I know the Christmas season is over but, I have featured my Christmas Card collection from the last four years on diaryofadoggroomer.com. A number of my clients who just love them suggested that I post them on my blog, so I did. Please enjoy! If any of you have any design suggestions for the 2012 card, I would love to hear them.
If you would like to share any comments about home grooming and the benefits to you, your dog and your family, I welcome and appreciate them. Click here.
