In Memoriam

Legendary yacht broker J. Burr (Joe) Bartram, Jr. passed away peacefully at his home in Ft. Lauderdale on December 24, 2013. He was 79 years old.

Take Action to Reduce the Ethanol Requirement

Over the past few months our industry has made tremendous progress in preventing the widespread implementation of high ethanol blends. In November, NMMA achieved a major victory when the EPA announced its proposal to modify the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and to reduce the amount of ethanol required to be blended into the nation's fuel supply. As required by law, the EPA is now soliciting public comments on its proposal before rendering a final decision.
