Skylon Tower celebrates a thrilling 50 years
Fifty years on, the Skylon Tower is an iconic piece of Niagara Falls' skyline. It's possible to see something new to marvel at each time you go up the 520-foot-tall structure with an observation deck and revolving dining room that offer a spectacular bird's eye view of the Falls, the Great Gorge, Niagara wine district and city skylines of New York and Toronto.

    The U18 Canadian Women's hockey team will play for a gold       medal and bragging rights on the national stage. This year's         contest is held at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines.
