Remember, funding is available to support student ideas! In an effort to support ideas, school teams have the opportunity to apply for the chance to receive up to $500. With this support, it is our hope to help expand the amazing ideas that students often have, and to limit the barriers that occasionally occur along the way.
Join us to discuss topics that support healthy schools across Alberta. Share your knowledge on a variety of topics that strengthen your school community while connecting with fellow colleagues, subject matter experts and researchers. Use the hashtag #EASchat to join the conversation on Twitter the first Wednesday of each month. Follow us on Twitter to vote for discussion topics.
Stay tuned for a special Shaping the Future Reunion Chat in March!
Grant Opportunity!
ACA Conservation, Community and Education Grants
Certainly a mouthful, these grants cover a lot of ground. The funding supports individuals, organizations and communities that contribute to fish and wildlife population health and the health of their environments, as well as the understanding, appreciation and use of those environments. Projects that increase outdoor participation and awareness of these opportunities, while developing knowledge and respect for conservation, are also funded.
