 January this is the time we set new goals for better health  and the staff at
H&H will help you stick to those goals and be successful!...Its a big choice to make a life change. But you don't have to do it alone.

 Anyone can do a hard core diet for a few weeks and get those 5 to10 lbs off from the holidays, but will they keep it off?  

Every year you impress me many of you lost weight during the holidays or only gained a few lbs.,  not bad.  
But now its #NOFLUFFJanuary. Lets do this.  Check in on Facebook and write something positive with this month's hashtag, #NOFLUFFJANUARY.  Inspire someone to keep up with you. Just because its the winter it does not mean we have to stay cold, get hot at H&H.  

NEXT month is LOVE month!  For the month of February you can bring one person you love to join you in your work out at H&H. It's the best kind of Happy Hour.  The person can change each week.  You can bring a friend, a spouse, a significant other or a co worker.  Just let your trainer know who you will bring and we will take great care of their HEALTHY HEART!!!

Mug Cake 

1/2 cup almond flour 
2 tsp Truvia (a natural sweetener)
2 TBS lemon juice 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 TBS coconut butter 
1 large egg, whipped 
 Mix all of the above in bowl 

Divide mix into two microwave safe mugs.  Place one mug in the microwave at a time and cook for 1 minute 20 seconds.  

For the topping mix 1 tsp greek  yogurt with honey and one Truvia packet.

Thank you for choosing me as MVP client 2016. Since 2008 , I have been walking through those doors of H&H Fitness 3-4 times a week and I continue to be motivated and energized
by Christina Larson and the trainers. 

It's not that I haven't met my original goal, it's that when I reach a goal I add a new one. I have found that even though my goals change, my lifestyle changes and the seasons change, I still incorporate weights, cardio and nutrition. It's an absolute and my stability. 

His and Her Fitness makes it easy bringing flexibility and insight into my overall plan of staying healthy and strong long into my retirement years. If you are a client of H&H, I encourage you to push and challenge yourself a little more.  If you are not yet a client, I invite you to give H&H  a try. It's a lifestyle change programmed for you and it comes with accountability. Whether you want to lose weight, gain more muscle, increase flexibility, increase energy level, improve cholesterol, bone density,etc,  I can say Christina and the trainers can help you.  Make 2017 the best year ever. 2017 is hear!  What does that mean for you? What are you goals/aspirations for the year? How are you going to reach those goals?  Daily, weekly reminders? 

These are all things that most of us think about when a year turns and is upon us.  Whatever they are and however you plan to obtain them is up to you.  Use S.M.A.R.T goals to accomplish them effectively and prevent relapse into old habits.   

I surely have personal/professional goals going forward. As last year's MVP at His & Her Fitness I look to continue many things I did well in 2016.  

Build on things you did well and fix the things you didn't.  Will it be easy? Of course not! Anything worth obtaining isn't easy but you can do it! Happy New Year!
