January 2018 Newsletter
As we begin the new year, many of us take time to reflect and review our financial goals. You can rest easy knowing that your credit union is here to help with this daunting task. We have worked diligently to provide our members with a variety of tools and services that will assist you with securing your financial well-being. We can help you with budgeting basics; tips on how to save when you don’t think you can; car buying best practices; what your credit score is, what it means, and how it affects you, and more. Our mission is to be your financial partner who is always there to help you with your goals. Together we can accomplish anything!

New in 2018, we have planned an amazing schedule of educational sessions with Tanya Verzoni, our Director of Financial Education. These important educational sessions will include topics and best practice financial tips that will assist you with gaining confidence along your financial path.
I would be remiss if I did not take this opportunity to thank you for your business and for the outstanding growth we have had over 2017. Be on the lookout for some exciting programs and updates coming soon in 2018.
I would like to wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year!

The nominating committee consists of the following credit union members:

  • Judith Smith

The terms of Jeannine DeRosby and Leonel Breton will expire at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Both DeRosby and Breton have decided to seek re-election. Members not nominated by the committee, who would like to run in the election, may be nominated by the membership through the submission of a petition signed by at least one percent of the membership * . Nominees must include a resume, statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a statement of willingness to serve as a director, addressed to the Nominating Committee, 61 Grove Street, Waterville, ME 04901.

Petitions and information must be received by noon on Friday, February 16, 2018 to be considered. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting and members will vote at that time to elect directors.
