What's your plan for 2019?
I know we all make the same plans every year - we make plans to eat right, workout and find a way to make more money. We can continue to make those plans but we need to start with action. The gym makes the majority of there money the first three-six months in the new year, because everyone has intentions to be healthy and workout. I think that's great but you want to do something that does not feel like you have to force. Something fun and something you look forward to doing. That's right, you know where I am going - Line Dancing! Line Dancing is fun, you get to meet new people, this maybe where you find your wellness buddy. Join
