Part-Time Instructor News | January 2019
January 2019 Time Sheets Due by February 6, COB!
Please turn in your time sheets at the office or email to as soon as you can. Don't forget - you can get the timesheet in a fillable pdf right on our website. Go to: and choose the Members page.
2018 W-2 is in the Mail
If you taught in 2018, you will be receiving a w-2 for your taxes in postal mail, and they should arrive early next week. If you don't receive one, but think you should have, contact Heather Winfrey. Now is a good time to take a look at your tax withholding, too. If you need to make a change, call Heather.
Remodel Update
The labs on the first floor are coming together, but we'll still have significant, strategic tenant improvement to have these rooms optimized. We expect to devote quite a bit of time this spring and summer to getting these rooms ready for the 2019-2020 Instruction Year.

THANK YOU for your patience as we schedule (and in some cases, reschedule) your courses. Like any project, we've not always had the spaces ready at the dates that we believed they would be done. Your help and long-term vision for the bigger goal of a new training center has been great.
Getting Ready for 2019-2020
We are going to begin plotting next year's instruction calendar in early February. We intend to have schedules ready by early spring. To do this, we need your help.

Kim Morehead will begin calling PT Instructors over the next two weeks, to confirm your availability to teach, and your preferred days of the week/times of the year. Please respond to her as soon as you can.
If you already know of a conflict, need back-up help, or have an idea for new content, please let us know now, too.
PT Instructor Training - Next Class on Saturday, February 9, 2019
For those of you who are taking part in our PT Instructor Training, thanks again for your patience when we rescheduled January 12 - we had a record number of flu cases impact our cohort numbers. The next meeting is Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the Training Center.

For those of you NOT yet in the PT Program, we plan on offering it again next year. If you are interested, please contact Heather Winfrey.
