Loving Ourselves

Be humble for you are made of earth.
Be noble for you are made of Stars.

~Serbian proverb

The Path is uniquely ours. There is no right or wrong—and no “have-to’s” with our soul. After all, our essence's beingness is eternal and forever—and if we have forever to get it right, then it firmly comes down to our intention and our free choice to move ourselves ahead into the growth and expansion of who we truly are.

It’s a test of energy—and we as humans have willingly landed here “blind-folded”—we can and will we find our divinity inside, embracing our true identity. As we move farther into the new energy and future paradigm which has been unfolding for decades now—is it really too much to ask—can we bump up our human game and truly love ourselves unconditionally? High consciousness does not attract disease. It can’t exist in a human vibrating with a high frequency. High consciousness also understands cooperation; it lives in tolerance and understanding. High Consciousness embraces the unity and oneness of everything: the earth, our environment, water, air and each other.

So, what are the secrets to living our most powerful authentic loving self as we roll into this new catalyst year of 2019? Isn’t this part of the pull? We must truly embrace the linking of our heart, mind, body and spirit to be whole—to create health and wellness and healthy loving relationships with people and all that is us.

Our becoming is a catalyst to our planets “becoming”. We all must allow our inner light to shine. The light is everywhere, although we might not recognize it, like salt in water—or we may not immediately perceive its presence. However, it is the ubiquitous light of the cosmic consciousness which guides and inspires our human soul and who we see in the mirror. So how do we step and embrace our cosmic soulful nature and love ourselves more?

Number 1.) Believing that you are part of the creative source. It resides inside of every human; the interdimensional part of our being—“that thing” they call DNA. We carry it with us and have access to it 24/7.

Number 2.) Reaching this divine part of ourselves is different for everyone. Some reach this connection through meditation. For others it is a walk in nature. Sometimes, when we are alone—such as driving our car—the silence of our quiet innermost thoughts—or through still contemplation through which our divineness is discovered and owned!

Number 3.) Isn't time to authentically live your most honest self? Throw out things that aren’t working—whether it's a relationship that’s past its expiration date or an old pair of jeans. Most of the time, those things are uncomfortable—painful at times—but happiness and better self-worth and love are what awaits on the other side of that decision. Choose for your highest good.

Number 4.) Do something for yourself. It may be as small as choosing your favorite place to eat or listening to your favorite tune—or choosing what movie you get to see. Simple things that say, “I am worth it.”

Self worth is a program tied to loving ourselves—and if it’s developed from experience than maybe in 2019 we get to unlearn some things—and understand that we deserve to be here. This is the time for old souls! We all have things that others want and need. And, we are important in the scheme of earth and beyond. We have also earned our stripes.

So, Number 5.) Dear cellular structure, get rid of inappropriate emotional issues that keep me from moving forward into my beauty and power. The power that I speak of is that ability to create compassion and light everywhere I go.

This will take on a far deeper meaning as we roll into 2019 and beyond. Start something new and trust the magic of these new beginnings

What Does this mean? Decoding 101: Heart ❤️
Decoding messages from us to us is something that is coming to light and seeing its way into the mainstream-- slowly . There is a connection between our physical health challenges and our mind and spirit. We cannot ignore those other parts of ourselves. We are emotional spiritual multidimensional humans. And, these physical dis-eases indicate we are "out of balance," something is "off kilter." Dis-ease alerts us that there are deep unresolved emotional blocks holding emotional angst at some level. Are we the brave ones to step up to heal our lineage? What was the emotional trauma we experienced as a child? What was so terrible, we have simply blocked it out? The conscious mind likes to ignore and repress that shadow that lurks within. However, our smart body, our innate, and intuition part of the subconscious and cellular memory remembers everything. In 2019, we will explore, just briefly the most common imbalances lying below the surface--a gift waiting to be seen and healed--for good! 💜💜💜

Heart ❤️ (In General)

"The heart is connected to the fourth chakra or energy center: this chakra is YIN-YANG, male as well as female, and mental as well as emotional. It symbolizes the home and represents Love (my emotions and my capacity to Love), joy vitality, and security. Symbolically, the right side of the heart represents the father and the left side, the mother. Energy from the heart radiates throughout the body, especially between the neck and the solar plexus. The heart is a sort of energy pump that circulates life (blood) throughout the body. The blood circulation distributes the vital energy essential for happiness, well-being, Love of life and inner peace. It is therefore essential for me to show my Love by guiding my heart's energy toward the best spiritual energy available for me. If I am in a situation where I have the impression that 'my heart has been torn out', that my whole being is engaged, that I am not being nourished by Love from those around me, that I am taking life too seriously, my heart is going to react to that. A heart ailment reminds me of a fundamental aspect of Love, which is that either I don't Love myself enough or I don't receive Love from others, from life or from God. This leads me to ask myself If I feel guilty and if this makes me feel unable to life up to and be worthy of, being loved. The more I focus on Love, compassion and forgiveness, the more my heart will work toward joy, peace and jubilation. My heart with a gentle, harmonious beat indicates a person's inner peace. My heart beat varies when I am unbalanced, upset in Love or sensitive to my feelings."
Thought for the Day: Inspirational Wisdom
"The Soul is invisible.
An Angel is invisible.
The wind is invisible.
Thoughts are invisible.
And, yet with sensitivity you can see the soul, you can guess the angel, you can feel the wind, your can change the world with only a few thoughts."

Sacred Geometry Oracle Deck

Magnetic Energy

The torus is a piece of Sacred Geometry that when viewed as three dimensional looks like a donut. It is the primal shape of the universe. The human heart has seven muscles that form a torus. It is the shape of earth's magnetic fields. The smaller figure is a torus vortex that was created as a crop circle formation in England in 1999. This card connects you to the energy fields of the earth and your heart connection to her. You may be feeling disconnected and alone. You may need a boost of unconditional love to aid in overcoming a difficult situation. Perhaps you simply could use a dose of grounding in the moment. Take an opportunity today to find a place in nature, no matter how small, and reconnect your energy with that of the planet. Use all your senses and really feel this magnetic connection. This is Mother Earth energy. It nurtures you and grounds in your being the love and stability you need to help you realize the transience of challenges and magnificent miracles of life.
Sacred geometry is the key that unlocks all of the world's art, science and architecture. Called the Language of Light, its images and shapes are embedded in DNA, mandalas, pyramids, crystals, atoms and hieroglyphs. Anyone who has ever gazed at a spider's web, meditated on a mandala or yantra, visited a pyramid, walked a labyrinth, or peered through a microscope has felt the effects of sacred geometry. These cards and text were created by Francene Hart.

Recipe of the Month: Eggplant Parmesan
Another family favorite . . . I have made it over the years . . .

Bon Appetite!

Eggplant Parmesan

A hearty casserole that feeds eight to ten--or gives you leftover for another easy dinner. You can make it a day or two in advance and then bake it just before serving!

MEAT SAUCE: (Make this first!)

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds Italian pork sausage (casings removed)
1 seeded green pepper, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1/2 pound portobello mushrooms, chopped
1 large can (1 lb. 12 oz.) crushed tomatoes, including liquid
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2 medium-size eggplants (about a pound each)
All-purpose flour
Grape seed oil
3 eggs beaten with 1/3 cup water
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1 - Meat sauce: In a large 6 quart sauce pan or large deep frying pay, sauté ground beef, sausage, (minus casings), chopped , green pepper, onions and mushrooms. Cook over medium-high heat until sauce has thickened and has a good consistency--about 45 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let stand. Discard any fat. Set aside.

Step 2 - Cut eggplant lengthwise into slices about 1/4 thick. Dip each eggplant slice in beaten egg and then dredge with flour and place in hot oil in your frying pan on the stove. (Again, about medium high temp.) Turn down if it is smoking, although the grape seed oil can take the higher heat. Cook until nicely brown on each side. Remove and place on paper towels to cool and to absorb any excess oil.

Step 3 - Slice each eggplant slice into 4 pieces (to make serving easier), then arrange about half the eggplant in a 3-4 quart casserole dish. Spoon half the Meat Sauce over the eggplant and then cover the sauce with about half the mozzarella. Repeat with layers once again--eggplant, meat sauce and cheese. Top with Parmesan Cheese. If you are making this ahead, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. If not, bake uncovered in a 375º oven for 40-50 minutes until bubbly. Yummy, yummy, yummy and gluten free!

Everything we put into our body synthesizes into something whether it happens to be thoughts and words, our experiences and lifestyle or our food.

In the course of our busy lives, few of us ever stop to think---what does this actually do for my well-being? How does Love affect our meals--and our nutritiom when it comes from the heart? Homemade is well made--well made is heartfelt intention. The journey begins with you!

Blog - Parting Thoughts . . .

You know, I’m in kind of a reflective place today. My newsletter will be sent out later than I like. The calendar has flipped a page—day, month and year. And, nothing seems normal anymore. The holiday season is officially over. Craziness and chaos seem to be the norm. I feel like if we were buckets of paint—the paint is swirling and changing colors and creating new patterns, textures and doing things that paint just doesn’t do. Should I fear this new paint—
Every Truth passes through three stages before it is accepted.  In the first it is ridiculed, next it is opposed; in the third, it is regarded as self evident.

Biological Decoding Here Today
Conflicts and trauma are sometimes obvious and sometimes not and make their presence known to us as dis-ease and imbalance in our lives; manifesting in our body.  Weight issues or acne are obvious to most, but what are the traumas, loyalties and imbalances locked away in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or behind simple allergies and minor illnesses given labels or the diagnosis's we receive at the doctor's office? Do you want healing or just relief?

The premise is easy. Disease and sicknesses are "nothing more" than emotional conflict(s) or trauma, --lessons to learn (that may be passed down from our ancestors) running in an "invisible" field of energy unknown or unrealized to us until it emerges as our brain's (the ultimate computer) solution for the disturbance deep within our psyche. More simply, the first law of Biological Decoding states: "Every pain or disease originates from a conflict. The conflict is an unexpected, highly acute, and isolating shock that occurs simultaneously in the PSYCHE, the BRAIN, and part of the BODY that corresponds to the type of conflict. Discovering the conflict aids the brain in sending messages to repair the body".

If we are human, we all have unresolved emotional conflicts. Heal them for yourselves--heal them for your kids and break the pattern. Biological Decoding goes hand-in-hand with our allopathic medicine today which addresses the mechanical aspects of our disease.

How can I help you today?

The Biology of Decoding is an amazing tool to assist in the discovery of the root cause of dis-ease.  This discovery and decoding opens the door to healing, deepens spiritual understanding of who we are and releases limiting beliefs and patterns.

"If the mind doth bend, disease can end."
