Encourage Your Staff to Use the eDelivery Option
Many of us like to cut back on the amount of mail we receive at home and having financial statements and newsletters arrive through email is a great way to do that. Ohio DC offers our newsletters and quarterly statements in a digital format, making it easier for people to organize all of their digital files. To register for eDelivery, all participants have to do is sign in to their online account, click on "My Profile" in the upper right corner of the screen and then click on the eDelivery tab and select eDelivery.

Plan Document Amendments and SECURE Act
The Ohio DC Board recently approved amendments to our Plan Document. The amendments were developed and approved by Ohio DC staff and the Attorney General's special counsel. The changes help clarify and simplify the Plan Document for you and your employees and will be effective March 1, 2020. You can view the amended Plan Document here .

Also, you may have seen that Congress recently passed the SECURE Act, which amended some Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) requirements. Check our website Ohio457.org for additional information as it becomes available.
