There are numerous mental and physical health supports for you and your family during your OUTCAN posting in the U.S. From our U.S. Bases, to our Canadian Supports. Check them out! Utilize them! Click on the image to get more info.
CFMAP can connect you immediately and confidentially with a trained counsellor 24 hours a day, at no cost to you. They can also help you locate mental health professionals in your location.
Virtual coaching programs for families experiencing behavioral issues or anxiety.
Programs for families with children and youth ages 3-17. Anxiety coaching program for adults 18+. These programs are FREE to CAF Families posted to the United States.
The OUTCAN Physical Fitness Program provides fitness, sports and health services to CAF personnel and their families posted outside of Canada.  
To locate both mental and physical supports that may be available to you via the U.S. system with your U.S. Military ID or Dependent ID card, go to MYBASEGUIDES , where you can locate the services nearest your family.
For general mental health resources and information, contact the Canadian Family Information Line (FIL) 24 hours a day, for a confidential conversation and information.

There will be separate sessions for members and spouses to discuss screening for and living in Hawaii. For the spouse session, we are looking for at least 8 spouses to attend.

JBPHH Military and Family Support Center provides supportive, customer-focused, comprehensive programs that enrich lives, enhance opportunities and empower the individuals and families they serve.
It is a great resource open to us a bit similar to a MFRC in Canada, check it out!

K-Bay, the Marine Corps base, also offers a variety of activities and services that are accessible to us. And the good news is you no longer require a pass for your car to access the base! K-Bay also has great cottages to rent, unlike most of the other bases.
