Poway Approves New Community

After 29 months of working with the city planners,
Meridian Development
received approval from the City of Poway to build 97 for-sale, market-rate condominiums; 44 units of affordable senior housing and 584 square feet of commercial space on lots on both sides of Poway Road west of Tarascan Drive/Civic Center Drive. Poway Mayor Steve Vaus and the Council members
all voted for approval
of the new project.
