Spotted Cow Packaging

Linda Beguin took a leap of faith and began Over the Fence Farms in July 2016 making her own pickles at the Autry Technology Business Development Center in Enid, Oklahoma. By the end of the second year, her products were available in 35 different locations, and she expanded her product line to include spice mixes, bread mixes, dip mixes and other sauces. In April 2015, after being approached by other companies to produce their products, she opened Spotted Cow Packaging and launched her own co-packing company. In 2020, the company completed the construction of a 6,000-square-foot facility and moved into its own processing plant.

“Linda has expanded her business from start up to established business in the last four years with FAPC help along the way,” said Erin Johnson, FAPC business/marketing client coordinator. “It has been a pleasure working with Linda, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with her and her company.”
