FROM THE DIRECTOR

Happy New Year! I know many of us were more than ready to say “goodbye” to 2020, but I would be remiss if I didn’t reflect on one of the constant bright spots for me in this challenging year - our school family! The resiliency, adaptability, and dedication of our teachers and staff who have continued - without hesitation - to make school a loving, enriching, and meaningful experience for your children. The thoughtful and prayerful team of medical consultants and school and church leadership, whose steady guidance has helped us make the best decisions in very difficult circumstances. Our families, whose unwavering support and trust is the reason we were able to make it through. Your incredible children, our Little Saints, who are our reason, our motivation, our mission. God is SO good!

I hope all of you had a peaceful holiday filled with fun family time. We have hit the ground running for 2021 with many exciting events coming soon! Be sure to carefully read the information below regarding Pre-Registration for the 2021-2022 school year, St. Jude Trike-a-Thon, Tom Marshall Photos, and our continued playground fundraising efforts. During the month of January, we will have Parent Teacher Conferences on an as-needed basis only. Please feel free to contact your teachers if you would like to touch base about your child’s progress and placement for next year. The teachers may contact you if they feel a conference is needed.

Rosie and I both felt so overwhelmed by your outpouring of love and support this Christmas. Thank you so much for your kind words, cards, and treats. You are all so very special to us, and we take such delight in watching your children grow and develop! Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your families.

REGISTRATION FOR 2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR

On Monday, January 11th, our currently enrolled families will receive a Pre-Registration Form for each child in the family. All available options for our next school year (August 2021 - May 2022) will be listed. Complete the form by filling in your 1st and 2nd choices of days for your child next year.

Important: When making your selections, please understand that each year there are teachers who change classroom assignments for a variety of reasons, and next fall will be no exception. The class you choose may have a different teaching team next fall than the one in place now. Trust that we will provide a wonderful experience for your child! In an effort to plan for your needs for the upcoming school year, we reserve the right to make any adjustments necessary in the makeup of our classrooms. If registration numbers exceed or do not meet requirements, we may cancel or change as necessary.

You will be given from January 11th - January 14th to fill out your Pre-Registration Forms and return them to school.

You will receive a Confirmation Card on Tuesday, January 19th (or the next day that your child attends school).

It is imperative that we receive your deposit on time, by 2:00 p.m. on January 25th, so that you do not lose your placement.

All registration materials – forms and monies – must be turned in directly to Ms. Emory or Ms. Rosie in carline. DO NOT place registration materials in your child’s backpack and assume that the teacher will find it and turn it in for you!

EARLY BIRD

We are planning to reopen our Early Bird program later this month! Early Bird runs from 8:15 until 8:50 each morning, and you can drop your child off at any point during that time frame. It will take place in the individual classroom cohorts that the children are already with during the school day. To start, we can only accommodate those that preschedule their Early Bird days and not day-of drop-ins.

Here are the monthly rates for Early Bird:

1 day: $14

2 day: $24

3 day: $32

4 day: $40

5 day: $48

*$10 drop-in rate available with at least a 24-hour notice.

Please note that once Early Bird begins, our Pre-K and Kindergarten carline will move to 8:50 – 9:10, and we will no longer have the 8:35 – 8:45 carline window.

If you are interested in registering for Early Bird, please send Ms. Emory an email with which days you are interested in. Once we have an opportunity to gauge interest, we will be in touch with a potential start date.

KINDERGARTEN COFFEE

Join Ms. Emory and Ms. Colleen to learn about All Saints School’s Kindergarten program! Feel free to invite friends or neighbors who may be interested as well.

ST. JUDE TRIKE-A-THON

The annual St. Jude Trike-A-Thon is a great way to promote health and safety in our Little Saints, while raising money for a great cause! Children in Older Two’s, Three’s, Pre-K and Kindergarten are eligible to participate.

When: Tuesday, January 12, 2021

Where: All Saints School parking lot

Callum, in Ms. Emily and Ms. Jill’s class, is a big brother! Congratulations to the Swanson Family, who welcomed Charlotte James to the world on December 3rd. 👼
