BFW Hires New Staff in 2021
BFW welcomed three new staff members the 1st week in January 2021. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, BFW continues to grow and provide needed construction project management services to our clients and project management partners. The new staff additions significantly enhance our capacity and deepen our bench in the areas of constructibility analysis, construction administration, quality assurance/quality control, project compliance and on-site project management.
Arthur SanFilippo, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP is the new VP and Lead Project Manager for BFW. Arthur will oversee all projects and project management staff, and will be our QA/QC representative the New Jefferson Hospital as part of the CBRE Health Care/BFW Team.  Arthur is a registered architect and LEED accredited professional. He brings over 25 years of architecture/project management experience to our firm. Arthur joins the senior management team along with Blane Stoddart and Julia Blackett.  Arthur holds a Bachelors in Architecture from the Pratt Institute, New York.
Jainika Shah, joins the team as an Assistant Project Manager. Jainika is a licensed architect in India and is now preparing for her Associate AIA in the United States. Jainika will assist senior staff on several small projects that are just as demanding as large projects. Jainika holds a Masters in Architecture from the Pratt Institute, New York.
Jean “JP” Obispo joins the team as a Project Assistant. JP is currently assigned with P. Agnes Construction as Project Controls Manager, and QA/QC Trainee at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Delaware County. There he is responsible for tracking RFIs, submittals, and other project documents for the $327 million dollar campus upgrades. JP earned his Associates from the Williamson College of the Trades in Delaware County.
