THE ANNUAL SURVEY - YOUR INPUT MATTERS

Your comments matter to us! Everyone who provides their contact info and address in the Golf Irrigation product and service survey this year will be entered in a drawing for a $300 gift card. In addition, each respondent will also receive a $15 gift card to your choice of Starbucks, Wawa®, or Dunkin' Donuts®. This survey is intended for the person(s) on your team that would order, use, or service golf irrigation and/or landscape products. Deadline to complete the survey is January 31, 2021. You will have the opportunity at the end to submit your name and contact information for the $300 gift card drawing and the $15 gift cards. We will mail the cards to you in early February.

TRAINING EVENTS

Irrigation Tech Training - Pump Station Focus - VIRTUAL

For everyone’s safety we will hold one event virtually this year. Plan on being a part of it as this is a very important part of your irrigation systems operation. Pump stations and what you as an irrigation technician need to know about them will be covered. We went to a couple courses before the systems were blown out and collected video footage from skilled pump service technicians. Hear what they say and learn what you need to know about your pump station. You will not want to miss this!

Schedule your Otterbine Winter Service now!

This is your friendly Otterbine fountain service reminder. We are in the heart of the fountain rebuild season. It isn't too late to call us to get your units on the schedule. It is required that fountains have an oil change every two years. A complete tear-down and rebuild of the unit is required every four years. Call us today!

NO PAY 'TIL JUNE 2021

This payment deferral is still something you can participate in. If you need no payments until May/June/July, please reach out to your Territory Manager and get the conversation started. Get what you need now and defer payment until the course revenue catches up!

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE FOR JANUARY

Listed below are maintenance items to check during the month of January. This is from our yearly irrigation checklist which can be downloaded here.

Register for Golf Irrigation Tech Virtual Training - Pump Stations
Perform central yearly physical - clean PC, backup database, reset for new year, inventory irrigation parts room
Develop re-stock order based on assessment from last year
Calibrate weather station (every 3 years)
Update central operating system (if applicable)
Update central program and digital map based on changes from previous year
Check central control system for any communication issues

Call, text, or email your Territory Manager to set up a date and time that will work for you and your team. We can do a Zoom meeting, an in-person meeting or a hybrid of both to help you and your team know what is new for 2021 with our vendors and suppliers!
