The Annual Impact Survey (formerly known as the Big Count) is ready to share. With the feedback we have received from some of our colleagues within the network, this year’s survey will be split into two parts:
-
The first will be highly focused on call data, with a due date of February 1, 2022.
-
The second part, an additional survey about finance/operations, will be shared separately with a due date of March 25, 2022.
CLICK THIS LINK to Complete the First Survey: The deadline is Tuesday, February 1, 2022 with the idea that we will have data to highlight the great work we have done in 2021 on 211 Day. We have done our best to create a survey that works for the entire network, regardless of shape, size, affiliation, etc.
If you do have any feedback, questions, etc., please email 211@uww.unitedway.org. This will allow whoever on the team is available to answer quickly.

211 & the National Data Platform:
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Public Health Grant Update
|
|
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Public Health Grant is underway with its first cohort leveraging the National Data Platform to collaborate and partner with their local public health departments and community health agencies. Cultivating these key partnerships are creating opportunities for local 211s and United Ways to share resource data and equip public health entities with tools and information to care for their patients and clients holistically.
Organizations like North Carolina 211 (NC211) are using this opportunity to create a set of best practices with equity and inclusion as the lens to create a tool kit for partners to assist their clients and address social determinants of health in a more equitable and proactive way. While there are technological opportunities that has presented itself, the organizations in the cohort are working around these opportunities, evolving and making partnerships that will benefit not only the community they serve but also enhance the resource data housed on the National Data Platform.
