Welcome Ready Set Soar!
Please welcome new member Elissa Breakenridge, Jen Berg and team at Ready Set Soar!, Education Centre, Inc. to the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce!
Ready Set Soar! Education Centre, Inc. is a local business whose focus is on connection, Early Childhood Development, and the parent-child relationship. They offer a variety of classes to parents and their children ages 0 to 5 years.
The first five years of a child’s life are extremely important to their success later in life so one of Ready Set Soar’s goals is to ensure that the young children in our community have the best possible start.
They also understand that parenting is an exciting adventure but that it also comes with a lot of “unknowns”. They want to ensure that parents in our community who are expecting their first child, or who already have young children, are connected to accurate child development information, evidence-based parenting strategies, as well as to other parents who can accompany them on this journey. Parents will strengthen their connections to their children as they participate in classes with them and their children will have the opportunity to engage in fun, developmentally appropriate activities that will enhance all areas of their development while they meet and interact with new friends.
During the classes, parents and children can expect to sing, play, get messy, and learn in a welcoming environment. The two teachers who run all of the classes are very passionate about what they do and you will feel that as soon as you walk through the door.
