Notable Transactions & Management Contracts
A portfolio of six Class A industrial and office properties consisting of 183,461 SF has just sold for $23.45 million. Jeremy Shirley and Mike Scruggs of Olive Real Estate Group represented both the seller, a long-time client of Olive Management Services, as well as the Buyer in this off market deal. Olive will continue to manage this portfolio and provide brokerage services for the new Owner, a Florida Investment company.
Olive Real Estate recently acquired a new management and listing contract for 2860 S. Circle Drive, an 82,590 SF office building. Kathryn Ryan will be the property supervisor, Chris Shirleywill be the leasing broker, and Paul Rubley and Jim DiBiase will market the property for sale.
