Message from the Corner Office

Recently, Park’s Senior Leadership Team met to evaluate and discuss the successes and identify areas for improvement from the Company’s performance in 2021. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all of our employees for being part this team and making this past year very successful. During our time, we had thoughtful discussions and identified the strategic initiatives that we would like to focus on in order to build upon our continued growth and success. Each initiative will have a committee formed and will be guided by a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The 5 key strategic initiatives & each respective committee chair are identified below:   Expansion & Growth (Tom DePauw) Retention & Development of Current Employees (Jeff Slusser) Recruitment of New Employees (Jeff Carlson) Improved Communications (Jake Droessler) Technology Enhancements (Mike Christianson)   We will be engaging employees in the strategic initiatives throughout the year and through Park’s annual employee SMART Goals. It is only through teamwork that we will be able to take on these initiatives and continue to improve and grow as a Company. We thank you for your dedication and commitment and look forward to a safe and successful year in 2022.

Reminder! Mark your calendars and RSVP today! We will be holding Safety Days again at the Mermaid Event Center in Mounds View on February 22nd and 23rd. This 2 day event will be a great opportunity to come in, reconnect, and refocus on continuous improvement. We are all very much looking forward to a great time and seeing everyone after a long hiatus. Dr. Chad will be there on the 22nd to conduct physicals for those that need to renew your medical cards. Also bring your drivers license, any new training documentation, and your medical cards (if applicable).
