WIG hosted a Human Trafficking panel discussion at National Conference of State Legislatures in November 2021 that featured women state legislators and members of the private sector as panelists.
Panelist WIG State Director Florida State Representative Jackie Toledo introduced a Human Trafficking Bill, HB 523, during last year's legislative session that passed both the Florida House and Senate with unanimous support.
