As always, we continue to accept food donations at the Amenity Center which will be sent to the Max Block Food Pantry.  Canned and packaged foods along with baby formula and diapers are items desperately needed at this time.

A Sweetheart of a Race!

You are invited to take part of Bartram Springs Valentines Hot Chocolate 3 mile and 1.5 mile Glow Run races. Open to runners, joggers, walkers, crawlers and Hot Chocolate lovers of all ages.

This race will benefit the American Heart Association.

These races will be professionally chip timed by Florida Race Day.

Choose between the 3 mile or the 1.5 mile option.

Both events start at 6:30 pm Friday, February 10th.

Packet pick up is between 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm Friday, February 10th. 

The race includes a ceramic Florida Race Day coffee mug, Glow Stick and Glow Bracelet - and a SWEET after race Hot Chocolate Station. 

It will be dark - Runners should bring a flashlight or headlamp and all children should be accompanied by an adult.

Our annual HIRING FAIR for SEASONAL SUMMER POSITIONS will take place on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22 here at the Clubhouse! We are currently accepting applications for Lifeguards, Lifeguard Supervisors, Pool Monitors, and Camp Counselors!

MANAGEMENT SCHEDULING


At Bartram Springs we aim to have management availability each day, and when that is not possible, our Facility Attendants have myriad ways to contact us for support. It is our goal to respond to questions and concerns in the most effective and timely manner possible.


General Manager, Sue O'Lear, is on-call for urgent matters 24-7 and can be reached via email or cell/text by residents and staff as needed. Her on-property schedule changes weekly, with the goal being to make herself available to a wide range of residents who use the facility at various times. Never hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns!


Operations Manager, Winslow Wheeler is typically on the property Monday-Friday from 8-4, with on-call availability in the evenings/on weekends as needed.


Assistant Amenity Manager, Stephanie Taylor, is typically in the office Tuesday - Saturday, with actual hours to vary based on staffing needs/activities/events.


Facility Attendants are available in the front office 6 days a week and can answer a wide variety of questions. If they cannot help with yours for any reason, they are happy to share management contact information with you!
