Congress' Last Minute Gift to Telehealth
According to the Center for Connected Health Policy, on December 23, 2022, Congress passed HR 2617, The Performance Enhancement Reform Act, the omnibus budget for FY 2023. Flexibilities included will now last until December 31, 2024.
