Wounded Warrior Team Wins PBT Sponsored Skeet Shoot

PBT recently sponsored its first ever skeet shoot competition at its annual meeting. Bondsmen across the state and across the country were invited to put together teams for the competition. All the team slots were filled and the competition was fierce.

Glenn and Zina Meeker, owners of AAA Bail Bonds and Texas Bail Bonds, in Seguin, Texas put together several teams. One team included their part-time employee Joe Lopez. Joe is a veteran who spent 9 years in the Army, where he served his country proudly. While serving in Iraq, Joe was badly burned over 36% of his body among other injuries including PTSD. Joe explained that after 9-11 he was drawn to the military. He was drawn to stand up for his fellow countrymen and do something to respond to the heinous acts that took place that day. He strongly believed that as a first generation American, he needed to do his part in his American story and fight for freedom.
