NORTH MIDDLESEX BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

CADDYSHACK BY THE TRACKS

Mark and Amy, owners of Caddyshack by the Tracks located on Parkhill Main St., are busy getting ready for their Annual Free Ham Christmas Dinner Event tomorrow Dec 23rd, 4-6:30pm. The Cadmans are expecting to generously serve over 100 people as dine-in customers or take-out orders. Amy's dream as a high school student to one day own the Chuck Wagon restaurant, came true 5 years ago when they opened their restaurant, then 3 years later bought the building.

Mark and Amy Cadman are pictured here with long-time employee Bev Evans.

Both heavily involved in community events as sponsors and donating food and services to worthy causes, Mark and Amy say they love running the restaurant and contributing to their community, and can't imagine doing it anywhere else.

Caddyshack by the Tracks offers dine-in and take-out meals; catering services including platters, trays, charcuterie boards, lunches and drop-off wedding packages; their popular freezer meals; and retail products including soups, breads, gift items and local McFall's honey.

The restaurant will remain open throughout the Parkhill Main Street construction, whether by dine-in or take-out, and will continue their catering operation.

Follow Caddyshack by the Tracks on Facebook, or call (519) 459-1254.
