In 2023, the GTA has broadened our spotlight focus to recognize the talent that can be found at all levels within our membership. Our Employee Spotlights will introduce the individuals that our member companies rely on for leadership, who advance their company's mission and success.

Throughout the year, we will collaborate with member companies to pick a leader from their teams to highlight. This month we learn about Justin Gradek, a Senior Consultant with Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership.

Journey to Export Success: Stories of Oregon Exporters
This Oregon District Export Council's free in-person networking event in Portland will highlight the experience of Oregon exporters. The moderated business panel discussion will share best practices, mistakes to avoid, and some colorful stories of paths to export success.

Oregon Technology Awards
To celebrate excellence and achievement in the region's technology industry, The Sam Blackman Award, Lifetime Achievement and Tech Champion Awards will honor outstanding individuals. In addition, nine companies will be recognized for their accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to the industry and community.
Company Awards will be held on May 16 at the Oregon Convention Center.
