Fernando Saiz (nicknamed Nano) was born and raised in Spain and worked as an architect from 1970 to 1985. In 1975, he started a hunting company with some friends, and also went on his first safari to Kenya (and that should make everyone reading this jealous).  In 1985, he retired from architecture and started Fernando Saiz – Spain full-time. He hasn’t looked back!

Shikars in Asia have taken Fernando to Mongolia twice, Russia 6 times, Turkey 6 times, Tajikistan, Pakistan twice, Kazakhstan, and Iran twice. In Africa, after Kenya, he hunted Rhodesia, Namibia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Liberia, and Cameroon. And he has hunted extensively throughout Europe, North America, and New Zealand.
