Paperless Pipeline change
a note from our Broker
After many years of handling Paperless Pipeline, Michelle has decided to find a job where she actually gets paid πŸ˜. Michelle has her RD and background as a Dietitian. She is not looking to get back into that field but wants to use her background to get a position that appeals to her.
Thanks to Michelle for all of her hard work over the years!

Lenny, who handles the finance side of things already, has experience with Paperless Pipeline and will be taking over Michelle's duties as of February 1st. Any PP questions should be directed to Lenny as of that date at lenny@springerrealtygroup.com or through the PP transaction.

I need Lenny to be able to work as efficiently as possible with this extra duty being put on him. As a part of that, we need to make sure that you all are following our policies in regard to paperwork. To reiterate a few things, see below:

- Once an AOS or listing contract is executed, ALL required paperwork per the checklists must be uploaded within 5 days. You should be getting all required docs signed at the time of the listing or AOS.

- Make sure that all paperwork is signed/initialed and completely filled out where needed prior to uploading the docs.

- After you upload the docs, look at them to make sure they all uploaded correctly and are facing the correct direction.

- When notes are sent to you regarding missing or incomplete documents, these should be uploaded right away. There are many agents that have ignored Michelle's notes time and time again. This can not continue, as again, this takes too much time and I need Lenny to work efficiently.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Dave Springer
