As a leader, you have an incredible opportunity to change someone's life daily. It could be something as simple as saying hello, writing a handwritten note stating you did an excellent job today or remembering your clients' names when greeting them.


Some leaders take these things for granted but believe me, your clients will feel valued. Leadership is all about people, the little things make a huge difference, and the professionals that get it are the ones that ultimately succeed.


Leadership is never about tearing people down and making people feel less than themselves. Leadership is about people; it's about inspiring people to believe that the impossible is possible. It's about developing and building people to perform at heights they never imagine. It's about positively impacting your community, company, employees, clients, and the world.


As a leader, you don't inspire your customers by showing them how amazing you are. You inspire them by showing them how amazing they are.

Keeping them apprised of the world of real estate.

Their neighborhood, property values, sale statistics, news, events, and new businesses around their community.


It's incredible how many people believe that people will automatically respect and listen to them once they obtain a particular title or level of leadership. People who operate from a traditional concept of position and title believe that a large amount of power is granted based on their title alone.

Their designations.

This is the farthest from the truth.

Your clients want to know you care and are there if they need you.


Leaders who operate from a positional standpoint alone are often unable to look beyond the roles and responsibilities of the title to see how their performance, attitude, and general behavior affect others. As a result, their lower emotional intelligence may perceive others as lesser, using manipulation to acquire influence while reducing the integrity and the trust others place in them.


You can gain more influence as a leader by tapping into the "heart" of those you want" to affect. We need fewer title-driven and more influential leaders because, as a leader, you can impact a person's character and behavior— a responsibility that shouldn't be taken lightly.

Often, when things in our life seem to go wrong, we feel like it's the end of the world because we can't see further than what's right in front of us. However, it is only when we look back after we've survived the storm that we realize that those "broken" parts are pieces that make up the "beautiful" picture of our destiny.


Obstacles and rejections are merely stepping stones to something great, but you must change your attitude and not take rejection personally. Instead, you can redirect your rejection and use it for something good; will it be accessible at the time, will it be easy? Heck no, but it will be worth it in the end because we are never rejected, only redirected.


I'd like you to focus on a New Year of changing your usual perspective.

I'd like you to be present for your existing and future clients where they feel you want them in your WORLD.


Keep adapting and keep pivoting.
