Thank You!

To all those who have submitted their annual report, a great big Thank You!

We've reached out by phone to those we hadn't heard from and are getting very near to 100% response which is phenomenal! If we haven't heard from YOUR program, please contact [email protected] with your 2022-23 enrollment numbers.

FYI: Some interesting numbers we've found so far in this year's report when we asked how long our catechetical leaders have served at their parishes:

  • Less than 1 year: 13% of our respondents.
  • 1-5 years: 45%
  • 6-10 years: 17%
  • 10-15 years: 13%
  • Over 15 years: 12%

This information will help us shape our professional development and mentoring programming in the future. We'll share more results of the 2022-23 Annual Report in future Updates.

Again, Thank you!!

Is there an Evangelical Lutheran Church in your community?

Invitation for Catehchetical Leaders, Youth Ministers and Clergy for February 16th

Join Bishop Ricken and the bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s (ELCA) East Central Synod, the Reverend Anne Edison-Albright, for this event centered in baptismal promise and our common calling as people of faith, to be held on the Diocesan Campus in Green Bay on February 16; 10:30am-2:30pm.

The content of this gathering is designed to help mentors, leaders and influencers in our faith communities be equipped to help others live out their baptismal callings. Through various presentations and workshops, those who attend will find inspiration and resources for ministry and a deeper connection to the connecting points of our theology and tools to share as we help all of God's people discern their baptismal purpose.

Please consider joining us for “Our Baptismal Calling: Salt and Light”.

This will be an opportunity to share your successes and challenges in your hispanic faith formation ministry and learn about resources available to you in that ministry.

Please note that while Spanish language resources will be presented, this event will be conducted primarily in English.  Tenga en cuenta que si bien se presentarán recursos en español, este evento se llevará a cabo principalmente en inglés.
